"Startup of the Year"

WSJ Live’s inaugural season of “Startup of the Year” included JDew’s company, “Gamemaster” in their entrepreneurial competition. The elimination online show was most watched online and on Apple TV, and took place in late 2013. JDew and his co-founding business partner, were mentored and challenged by MC Hammer, Tony Hsieh (of zappos.com fame), and several other heavy hitters.

Although JDew’s business was eliminated before the final round, the grind of entrepreneurial competition propelled him into helping other businesses like his stake their claim through marketing and operational management. He know consults startups and thriving small businesses.
